    Idukki, Kerala:

    One individual was killed and over 58 folks had been injured after an Ernakulam-bound Kerala SRTC bus fell round 15 toes down a hillside at Neriamangalam as we speak, police stated.

    The incident occurred within the morning at a spot between Cheeyappara and Neriamangalam within the hilly district, they stated.

    “As per the most recent report, one individual misplaced his life. It looks as if one other individual can be in a severe situation. We’re but to establish the rationale behind the accident. The bus fell some 14-15 toes down a hillside,” a senior police official from the district informed PTI.

    Police additionally stated that they think that the tire of the bus, which was coming from Munnar, burst ensuing within the accident.

    In the meantime, bus conductor Subhash stated there have been 60 folks within the bus.

    “As quickly because the accident occurred, the locals hastened to the spot and began the rescue operations.
